Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

We collect product reviews from our customers:

1. Reviews can be submitted by all customers.
2. Verified buyer reviews can be submitted by customers who have actually purchased the product (“verified buyer”) and are marked separately.
3. Product reviews are moderated by us and must be activated.
4. As part of the moderation process, we reserve the right to delete product reviews that contain advertising, offensive and/or illegal content without prior consultation.
